Ramnath City is a joint venture between Ramnath Group and SICOM Realty Private Limited (SRPL). SICOM Realty Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of SICOM Limited, a Government of Maharashtra Development Bank. SRPL operates in the field of real estate with the primary objective of creating a Land Bank at strategically important locations and upcoming economic growth engines for commercial/residential/industrial use. SRPL also invests / co-invests in commercial / residential properties in upcoming cities.
